DC does not have a lot of snow covered mountains, I think it has to do with a rule about the Capitol building's height.
Thankfully, Colorado does have mountains, and I had an amazing trip out West this weekend. DC should think about getting some mountains, though, because this trip to Winter Park was pretty much the solution to keeping me same during the long congressional budget season.
